Integrated Solutions are currently recruiting for Customer Information Advisers for an established bus service operator to help with Rail Replacement / Customer Service.

This position is mainly for the weekends and occasionally available on weekdays.

Customer Information Advisers will be required to have a great attitude and willingness to help the customers with their queries related to their journey.

Customer Information Adviser Highlights

PAYE Pay Rate:
  • Monday – Sunday = £11.09ph
  • Bank Holiday = £16.64ph
Umbrella Assignment Rate:
  • Monday – Sunday = £14.24ph
  • Bank Holiday = £21.35ph
Customer Information Adviser Requirements
  • Great knowledge of London underground & overground.
  • Be able to guide the customers with their journey on the map.
  • Previous experience from a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Good communication skills
  • Living within commutable distance
