Integrated Solutions are currently recruiting for Customer Information Advisers for an established bus service operator to help with Rail Replacement / Customer Service.
This position is mainly for the weekends and occasionally available on weekdays.
Customer Information Advisers will be required to have a great attitude and willingness to help the customers with their queries related to their journey.
Customer Information Adviser Highlights

PAYE Pay Rate:
- Monday – Sunday = £11.09ph
- Bank Holiday = £16.64ph
Umbrella Assignment Rate:
- Monday – Sunday = £14.24ph
- Bank Holiday = £21.35ph
Customer Information Adviser Requirements
- Great knowledge of London underground & overground.
- Be able to guide the customers with their journey on the map.
- Previous experience from a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Good communication skills
- Living within commutable distance
